Return & Refund Policy
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you wish to return a non-customized product for any reason, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to claim a refund. Email support@thepawslover.com with the subject "14-Day Money-Back Guarantee" and your order number to initiate the return process. You must ship the product back to us. We recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
- Custom Products: All items that are made to order (customized or printed on demand) are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of defects, damage, wrong items, or printing quality issues.

- Returned to Sender, Refused, and Lost Packages: Ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced orders due to incorrect address information. If a package is returned to sender, we will contact you to arrange reshipping, which may incur additional costs.
- Shipping Limitations: When an order is shipped, the risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. You're responsible for filing claims with the carrier if a shipment is lost or damaged. However, if the carrier confirms a loss, we will send a replacement order at no extra cost.
